AN ECOCLEAN ENERGY SAVING SOLUTION
100% Elimination of blow-down water quantity from the evaporative condenser, cooling tower, and energy savings in the boiler.
What is Cooling Tower?
A cooling tower serves as a specialized heat exchanger that facilitates direct contact between air and water to lower the water's temperature. During this process, a small volume of water evaporates, effectively reducing the temperature of the water circulated through the tower.
Water, previously heated by industrial processes or in an air-conditioning condenser, gets pumped through pipes to the cooling tower. Once there, the water is sprayed through nozzles onto "fill," a material that slows down its flow and maximizes surface area for enhanced air-water interaction. As the water moves through the cooling tower, it comes into contact with air, drawn through the tower by an electric motor-driven fan.
The meeting of water and air triggers a cooling effect through evaporation. The cooled water is then pumped back to the condenser or process equipment to absorb heat. Once the heat is absorbed, the water is once again pumped back to the cooling tower to undergo another cooling cycle.
Types of Industrial Cooling Towers
Mechanical draft cooling tower (power-driven fans)
Atmospheric cooling tower (natural induction flow)
Hybrid draft cooling tower (fan-assisted natural draft towers)
Construction-characterized cooling tower (hyperboloid, doubly-curved concrete shell structures)
Air flow-characterized cooling tower (the air passage flowing directly against the flow of the water)
Shape-characterized cooling tower (rectilinear and round mechanical draft)
Cooling tower based on method of heat transfer (evaporative type towers)

Why choose ECO-CLEAN?
This environmentally friendly, organic single liquid replaces the need for multiple inorganic chemicals traditionally used for water treatment. Acting as a chelating agent, it maintains the chemical properties of water at any temperature or pH.
Introducing the first and only plant-based, organic single liquid designed for industrial water treatment, offering versatile applications. This liquid solution was developed to conserve water by effectively addressing issues such as corrosion, scaling, microbial growth, rusting, and fouling.
Applicable across all sectors where water comes into direct contact with metal, including Evaporative Condensers, Cooling Towers, Air Handling Units, Chilling Plants, Heat Exchangers, and other Industrial Water Systems.
By implementing this solution, your system will operate with ZERO water blowdown, ensuring consistent performance with the same system DELTA "T."
What is a Boiler?
A Boiler functions as a sealed container where water or another appropriate liquid undergoes heating to produce steam or vapor. The resulting steam/vapor is then released and utilized for various applications, such as water heating, central heating, boiler-based power generation, or even domestic and industrial cooking purposes.
